Cannot detect anything on the Chayon website...

Anyway- the twitter message was as follows:

Cytori welcomes Chayon Laboratories buff.ly/29LjtPi as a new Celase GMP buff.ly/29Lj7Zk enzyme distributor in Korea $CYTX

There was some interest in Korea for our tech but it has remained small.
We need a revenue needle mover. This wont be it but I guess Chayon sees a opportunity.
US OA data soon enough...that should cause PPS movement one way or the other.

Thanks for the info franshei

My guess is

Harris' marketing territories are expanding into Korea.

If Lorem Vascular is looking for someone to sublicensing or to taking over its so-called greater China territories, Harris may not be able to do much there yet. Otherwise, Harris can expand CYTX's business into Hong Kong (KOOL and BOYaLIFE are working hard to build a base there). China could be very tough, because of competition and lots and lots of so-called illegal clinics, of which it is very difficult to have the inroad (KOOL may now have this connection through BOYaLIFE). Singapore may be very tough, because of the generally negative attitude toward stem cells. Taiwan may also be very tough, because of the universal healthcare plan there.

Cytori has been involved in Korea for many years and has nothing to do with Lorem territories.

Celase has a new Taiwanese distributor (on Cytori Twitter). Harris seems to be on the move again.

So you think that this representative agreement closed in 2009 I believe does not exist any longer?

www.celase.com/Storeproduct.aspx

This is what I found interesting. The price and volume discount offered suggests there are customers that actually purchase more than 100 consumables at one time. The initial press release stated the enzyme would be sold into research facilities to enhance the quality of their cells to obtain better outcomes. My spreadsheet included a nominal amount of revenue of $12,000 for 2016 or 15 vials at $800 each. I have never asked any questions about this revenue source because I thought it was too small. Is it possible that revenues for the year may be closer to $500,000?

When Tokyo OA Clinic purchases a "consumable" for $3,500, it would include a vial of Celase. Research facilities would only purchase the vial because they would have their own method of cell separation (unless they own a Celution system).
